     Computer doesn't recognize MD802 usb connection. Therefore can't print data

     Struggling with this too, saw the solution elsewhere on the forum:

    Autel unit disconnected from computer
    Start Printer software
    Connect Autel unit
    Navigate on Autel unit to what you want to print, and click print

    for me this Finally pushed the info to my computer, first time the USB device was recognized.
